Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have settled the custody battle over their daughter Dream, Gossip Cop has learned. Kardashian has agreed to pay his former girlfriend $20,000 a month for child support in exchange for Chyna dropping the domestic violence charges she leveled against him. Additionally, Kardashian will get a little more than 50 percent of physical custody of Dream.
As Gossip Cop reported, Chyna hired Lisa Bloom to get a restraining order against Kardashian in July after he went on an Instagram rant accusing her of cheating. Kardashian even posted Chyna’s nude photos, claiming she was texting him while seeing other men. The well-known celebrity lawyer maintained Kardashian’s actions were illegal and should be considered “revenge porn.”
As the drama unfolded, Chyna also alleged the reality star physically abused her in the past by hitting and pushing her to the ground. She first accused her ex of abuse in a now-deleted Snapchat message, in which she said Kardashian “beat me up.” Chyna further alleged that Kardashian hurt her so badly that she was left bruised and had trouble walking afterwards. “Rob has been violent with me in the past and I am afraid to be around him,” she asserted in her filing for a restraining order.
A few days later, her temporary restraining order was granted, requiring Kardashian to stay 100 yards away from Chyna at all times and refrain from disseminating information about her. According to Kardashian’s attorney, the reality star regretted his actions and was most concerned about the well-being of his and Chyna’s 10-month-old daughter.
Now that the custody agreement has been settled, a chunk of Kardashian’s child support money will go directly to Dream’s nannies. He also agreed to pay Chyna’s legal bills for getting a tad more than 50 percent custody of Dream. Kardashian, however, is still allegedly concerned about Chyna’s parenting and behavior, reports TMZ.
