Emmanuel Chinenye Ugolee, a Nigerian broadcaster who is the presenter of the TV program ‘The Gist’ has finally gotten to America to begin his kidney transplant process. The vibrant young man had struggled hard with kidney failure in the past five years. He has gone through several procedures and has spent millions of naira on the ailment. Ugolee had a transplant which failed. Ugolee has gotten to Baltimore in Maryland where he has been placed on admission with his treatment about to start at University of Maryland Medical Centre in the United States.
Many Nigerians have the TV star in their prayers as most of them contributed greatly when he was trying to gather the $100,000 for the transplant.
No one knows how long the procedure would take as the handsome man is presently suffering from venous stenosis. Nigerians however, wish him well in this journey and hope he gets back on his feet soon.
